Order Processing Time

Each product page includes an estimated time required to prepare the item for shipment. This information helps you check when your order can be expected to leave our warehouse.

Estimated Shipping Time

For products with a shipping time longer than 24 hours, the displayed shipping time is approximate.

After receiving your order, we confirm the availability of such products with our suppliers. Once confirmed, the actual shipping date is entered in the order status.

You can check the current order status in the “My Account” section.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

If your order includes several products with different availability times, the longest waiting time applies to the entire order.

This is because all ordered products are usually shipped together in one parcel.

Bank Transfer Payments

If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, we send the payment details after the entire order has been completed and confirmed.

This allows us to confirm the availability of all ordered products before payment is made.

Delivery After Dispatch

Regardless of the selected delivery method, the parcel usually reaches the customer within approximately 2 business days from the date of dispatch.
