Lathe chucks are sold with external and internal jaws (right and left). Sometimes there is a need to replace the jaws with another type, e.g. soft jaws for turning or reworking for a specific workpiece. Our product range includes fixed, split, soft, hard, top, bottom turning jaws. To select jaws for a lathe chuck we should know the model and size of the chuck. Manufacturers often have a different design of spiral, which does not always agree with the teeth on the jaws of another manufacturer.
