Returns and Product Exchange

Withdrawal from the contract and product returns by consumers are subject to the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions of our online store (§ 10 Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement).

Electronic Withdrawal Form

Using the form, you can submit:

a return of the entire order,
a return of part of the order,
a withdrawal from the contract concerning selected products and their quantities.

How to submit a return?

Enter the e-mail address used when placing the order and the order number.
After confirming the details, select the products and quantities you wish to return.
Confirm the request by clicking “Confirm withdrawal from the contract”.
You will receive confirmation of your request at the e-mail address provided.

There is no need to download the form or print any documents during this process.

Alternative method of withdrawal from the contract / return

Alternatively, a declaration of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted using the electronic form available in the Terms and Conditions and via this link: Electronic return form . The form allows you to request a return of the entire order or selected products.

Product exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for another variant, model, or size, please contact us before sending the parcel back.

The terms of the exchange must be agreed with the seller in writing, for example by e-mail. Information provided only by phone is not sufficient to agree on an exchange or any other individual arrangements regarding a return.

Complaints

If the product you received is damaged, incomplete, or not in conformity with the contract, please contact us. A complaint and a withdrawal from the contract are separate procedures. The form above is intended for submitting product return requests.
