- Bench drill vise made of high-quality cast iron.
- Steel screw with trapezoidal thread firmly holds the position of the movable jaw.
- Replaceable jaw inserts with a prism and on both sides with a step provide versatility for the tool, as we can additionally clamp pipes, shafts, as well as flat elements.
- Longitudinal mounting holes allow a very wide range of position adjustment for the vise already mounted on the worktable using, for example, T-slot screws.
- This type of machine vise is used on column drills, or during light machining on a milling machine.
- The flat design is an advantage for limited workspace in vertical machines.
- Knurled handle also has an additional hole for a pin to allow tightening the draw screw with greater force.
- The pad on the bottom of the bed is adjustable so the operator can independently determine jaw clearance and thus its freer or more controlled feed.
