Description
Information:
- Drill press vise made of cast iron.
- Steel screw with trapezoidal thread stably holds the position of the movable jaw.
- Replaceable jaw inserts with a width of 80 mm with a prism and, on both sides, with a step, provide versatility for the tool, as we can additionally clamp pipes, shafts, as well as flat elements.
- Longitudinal mounting holes allow a very wide range of position changes of the vise already mounted on the worktable using, for example, T-bolts.
- This type of drilling vise is used on column drills, or during light milling.
- The flat design is an advantage for limited working space in vertical machines.
- The knurled handle also has an additional hole for a pin to tighten the pulling screw with greater force.
- The washer at the bottom of the bed is adjustable so the operator can set the jaw clearance, and thus its freer or more controlled feed.
