Description
Information:
- ER50 collet for tools with a cylindrical shank.
- Collets fit ER50 collets.
- ER nuts are used for wedging and clamping the cage.
- The grooves allow for spring-loading of the collet.
- Clamping range: 29.0 - 27.0 mm.
- To tighten the clamping nuts, use hook or multi-point ER50 wrench.

To correctly mount the ER collet in the collet:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut
- Hook the collet's groove onto the eccentric or cylindrical protrusion of the nut (Fig. A)
- Press the collet into the nut (Fig. B)
- The nut with the collet pressed in, screw it to the holder so that the tool being processed can be clamped.
