Information:
- Steel vice for use during precise work on numerically controlled machines.
- High accuracy of workmanship allows the vices to be used in a team. Maximum base deviation ±0.01 mm.
- Independent movable jaws enable the mounting of workpieces of different sizes.
- 2-function vice for simultaneous machining of two workpieces or one long one after changing the jaw position.
- On both sides of the body along its entire length there are grooves for mounting the vice with pressure clamps.
- Interchangeable jaw inserts ensure continuous operation of the clamping tool, as well as the clamping of appropriate elements (even shafts).
- The quick-clamping system in the movable jaw allows for immediate change of jaw position without time-consuming turning of the crank.
- The special design of the insert sockets presses the elements down against the body.
- The jaw holder is responsible for its locking position.
- The fixed jaw has threaded holes on both sides to attach special bumpers that stabilize the position of objects.
- On the bottom of the body there are channels for locating stones for mounting the tool in tables with T-slots.
- The set includes necessary accessories for assembly and proper operation of the vise.
