Description
Information:
- The clamping device designed for high strength is made of high-quality materials specially hardened.
- The body is made of cast iron hardened to approx. 40 HRC, while the steel jaws (fixed and movable) are hardened up to about 48-52 HRC.
- The appropriate construction of the movable jaws pulls the clamped element down to the bed.
- A special combination of draw screw and supporting sleeve allows simultaneous clamping of objects of different sizes.
- The vise has grooves and slots to firmly attach it to the machining table using clamping elements.
- Another advantage is the special design of the jaws. They are narrower than the base so that the tool can also work in a side position, utilizing the entire surface of the inserts' clamping.
- Jaw inserts can be mounted on both sides of the tool. This provides many clamping combinations, even for flat objects resting on the jaw surfaces.
- Universal use even in EDM machines and CNC machining centers.
- Clamping workpieces that will not rest on the bed is done using parallel shims approximated in length to the width of the jaw inserts.
