Information:

Steel vise for use during precision work on numerical machines.
High accuracy of manufacture allows vises to be used in sets. Maximum base deviation ±0.01 mm.
Independent movable jaws allow mounting of differently sized objects.
2-functional vise for simultaneous machining of two parts or one long one after changing the jaw positions.
On both sides of the body along its entire length there are slots for mounting the vise with clamping pads.
Replaceable jaw inserts ensure continuous work with the clamping tool, as well as clamping of appropriate elements (even shafts).
Quick-clamp system in the movable jaw allows immediate position change of the jaw without time-consuming turning of the handle.
Special design of the slots for inserts presses the parts down to the body.
Jaw holder is responsible for its position lock.
The fixed jaw on both sides has threaded holes to mount special bumpers stabilizing the position of objects.
On the bottom of the body there are grooves for locating stones for mounting the tool on tables with T-slots.
The set includes the necessary accessories for mounting and proper operation of the vise.
