Features and Applications:
- Precision machine designed for sharpening two-flute drill bits.
- The grinding console allows the drill point angle to be set from 90° to 140°.
- The sharpener is suitable for resharpening drill bits with diameters from 3 to 32 mm. Two interchangeable working assemblies allow the machine to be adapted to the appropriate diameter range.
- The DM-2786 series drill bit sharpeners are designed for easy operation, fast sharpening, safe use and high precision.
- The machine also enables precise sharpening of the drill chisel edge.
- The use of a durable grinding wheel allows operation without the need for cutting fluid or coolant.
- In the C32 model, drill bits are clamped using ER20 or ER40 collets, depending on the holder used and the diameter range being processed. The collets are included with the sharpener.
- The drill bit sharpener streamlines and accelerates the sharpening process, allowing the correct tool geometry to be quickly restored.
- The C32 model can also sharpen carbide drill bits when fitted with the appropriate diamond grinding wheel: 78 × 11 × 12.6 mm for drill bits from 3–13 mm and 100 × 22 × 18.8 mm for drill bits from 13–32 mm.
