Properties and applications:
- ER collet for tools with a cylindrical grip.
- Marking applied on the front of the collet.
- Chuck compatible with ER nuts.
- Slots allow the collet to spring; turning the nut causes the hole to narrow and expand.
- Clamping range: 10.0 - 9.1 mm.

To properly install the ER collet in the chuck, you should:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut
- Hook the collet groove onto the eccentric or cylindrical protrusion of the nut (fig. A)
- Press the collet into the nut (fig. B)
- Screw the nut with the pressed collet onto the chuck so that it is possible to secure the processed tool
