Description
Properties and Application:
- ER collet for tools with cylindrical shank.
- Marking applied on the face of the collet.
- Collet nut compatible with ER nuts.
- Slots allow the collet to spring, turning the nut causes the hole to narrow and expand.
- Clamping range: 2.0 - 1.5 mm.

To properly mount the ER collet in the holder, you should:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut
- Hook the collet slot onto the eccentric or cylindrical protrusion of the nut (fig. A)
- Push the collet into the nut (fig. B)
- Screw the nut with the pressed-in collet onto the holder so that the tool to be machined can be clamped
