Properties and Application:
- ER collet for tools with cylindrical shank.
- Marking applied on the face of the collet.
- Basket compatible with ER nuts.
- Slots allow the collet to spring; turning the nut causes the hole to narrow and widen.
- Clamping range: 3.0 - 2.1 mm.

To properly install the ER collet in the holder, you should:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut
- Hook the collet’s groove onto the eccentric or cylindrical protrusion of the nut (fig. A)
- Press the collet into the nut (fig. B)
- Screw the nut with the pressed collet onto the holder, so that it is possible to clamp the tool being processed
