Description
Properties and applications:
- ER25 collet for tools with cylindrical shanks.
- Collets fit ER25 clamping chucks.
- ER25 nuts are used for wedging and clamping the collet holder.
- Slots allow the collet to spring.
- Clamping range: 4.0 - 3.0 mm.

To correctly install an ER collet in the chuck, you should:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut.
- Hook the collet groove on the eccentric or cylindrical lug of the nut (fig. A).
- Press the collet into the nut (fig. B).
- Screw the nut with the pressed collet onto the chuck so that the machining tool can be secured.
