To properly mount the ER collet in the holder, follow these steps:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut
- Hook the collet’s groove onto the eccentric or cylindrical projection of the nut (fig. A)
- Press the collet into the nut (fig. B)
- Screw the nut with the pressed-in collet to the holder so that the tool can be fixed
