Description
Properties and Use:
- ER32 Collet Sleeve for tools with a cylindrical shank.
- The collets fit ER32 clamping holders.
- ER32 nuts are used for wedging and clamping the collet chuck.
- Slots allow the collet to spring.
- Clamping range: 4.0 - 3.0 mm.

To properly mount the ER collet sleeve in the holder you should:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut
- Hook the collet slot onto the eccentric or cylindrical protrusion of the nut (fig. A)
- Press the collet into the nut (fig. B)
- Screw the nut with the pressed-in collet onto the holder so that the tool can be clamped
