To correctly mount the ER collet in the holder:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut
- Hook the collet channel into the eccentric or cylindrical projection of the nut (fig. A)
- Press the collet into the nut (fig. B)
- Screw the nut with the pressed collet onto the holder so that the tool being processed can be clamped
