Description
Information:
- The clamping device, designed for high durability, is made of high-quality, specially hardened materials.
- The cast iron body is hardened to approximately 40 HRC, and the steel jaw inserts have a hardness of approximately 48-52 HRC.
- The special design of the movable jaw pulls the clamped element down into the bed.
- The vice has grooves and channels to securely mount it on the machining table using mounting elements.
- Another advantage is the special design of both jaws. They are narrower than the base so that the device can also work in a lateral position, so as to use the entire insert mounting surface.
- Jaw inserts can be mounted on both sides of the device. This allows for many clamping combinations, even for flat workpieces that can be placed on the jaw surface.
- Universal use even in electro-erosion machine tools and machining centers with numerical control.
- Clamping a workpiece that will not adhere to the bed is performed using parallel washers, similar in length to the width of the jaw inserts.
