Information:

The clamping device designed for high durability is made from high-quality materials specially hardened.
The cast iron body hardened to about 40 HRC, steel jaw inserts with hardness around 48-52 HRC.
The appropriate design of the movable jaw pulls the clamped element down to the base.
The vise has grooves and channels to securely fasten it to the machining table using fastening elements.
Another advantage is the special design of both jaws. They are narrower than the base so the device can also work in a side position, utilizing the entire surface area of the insert mounts.
Jaw inserts can be mounted on both sides of the tool. This provides many mounting combinations, even for flat objects which are supported on the jaw surfaces.
Universal application even in EDM machines and CNC machining centers.
Mounting of a workpiece that does not contact the base is done using parallel shims, similar in length to the width of the jaw inserts.
