- The STANDARD DUAL CONTACT heat-shrink holder provides dual contact clamping — both on the BT 40 taper and the holder flange surface.
- This dual contact ensures more precise and stable tool retention.
- Designed for clamping cylindrical shank tools with an 8 mm diameter, including HSS and solid carbide (VHM) tools with H6 tolerance.
- Compatible with all induction shrink-fit machines.
- Runout tolerance up to 0.003 mm (measured at 3xD from the holder face).
- Equipped with AD cooling system for internal coolant supply.
- Precision balanced to G2.5 for speeds up to 25,000 RPM; max speed up to 50,000 RPM.
- Slim heated tip allows access to tight spaces.
- Threaded holes for balancing screws.
- Durability: 3000 thermal cycles; each heating cycle allows tool mounting and removal, extending holder lifespan.
