- STANDARD DUAL CONTACT shrink-fit holder for precise, stable clamping with double contact — both the BT 40 taper and the flange surface.
- Designed for 10 mm cylindrical shank HSS and solid carbide (VHM) tools with H6 tolerance.
- Compatible with all induction shrink-fit machines.
- Runout tolerance up to 0.003 mm (measured at 3xD from the holder face).
- Equipped with AD cooling system for internal coolant supply.
- Precisely balanced to G2.5 for speeds up to 25,000 RPM; maximum allowable speed up to 50,000 RPM.
- Slim heated tip allows access to narrow gaps.
- Threaded holes for balancing screws.
- Durability: 3000 thermal cycles; one cycle allows tool mounting and removal, extending holder lifespan.
