✔️ Clamping device for heavy work on standard machining machines such as milling machines and drilling machines.
✔️ High-quality cast iron castings paired with appropriate vise construction provide the user with a tool of satisfactory strength parameters, resistant to great forces arising from cutting, feeds, impacts, and other mechanical actions.
✔️ Like every properly made vise, it can also be mounted on a working table, e.g., with T-slots, using a mounting elements set.
✔️ Jaw inserts are replaceable; however, mechanical processing of their working surface is necessary to achieve the accuracy parameters specified in the technical documentation.
✔️ When dealing with such large and heavy machines, the supplied keys should not be forgotten, which initially lock the vise position in the T-slots before final proper mounting.
✔️ The rotary base allows full 360° rotation of the tool around the axis. The rotary table does not destabilize the mounting quality but is removable for operator convenience.
