Information:
- Modular machine vise 2 equipped with a single fixed jaw for an insert on one side.
- High accuracy of manufacture allows the vises to be used in a set to position large, irregularly shaped elements. Maximum base deviation ±0.01 mm.
- On both sides of the body along its entire length there are channels for mounting the vice with clamping claws.
- Replaceable jaw inserts ensure universal operation of the clamping tool, depending on the model of the insert fitted, it is possible to mount appropriate elements (even rollers).
- On the bottom of the bed there are grooves for setting stones for setting the tool in tables with T-slots.
- Precision separating device made of alloy steel for use in numerical machines for all operations requiring almost perfect dimensions.
- The special design of the sockets from the inserts presses the details downwards against the body.
- The set includes necessary accessories for mounting and proper operation of the vice.
- The entire family of FPZ machine vice models (FPZ, FPZB, FPZV, FPZD) allows you to work together as a team to position large, irregularly shaped elements.
