- High accuracy of manufacture allows the vises to be used in a set to position large, irregularly shaped elements. Maximum base deviation ±0.01 mm.
- On both sides of the body along its entire length there are channels for mounting the vice with clamping claws.
- The jaw movement on the bed is perfectly balanced, free feed with imperceptible play.
- Replaceable jaw inserts ensure the versatility of the tool Depending on the type of insert fitted, it is possible to mount appropriate elements (even rollers).
- On the bottom of the bed there are grooves for locating stones to set the tool in tables with T-slots.
- The jaw holder is responsible for its locking position and, as a quick-clamping system, allows for immediate change of jaw position without time-consuming turning crank.
- Precision separable device made of alloy steel for use in numerical machines for all operations requiring almost perfect dimensions.
- The special design of the sockets from the inserts presses the details downwards against the body.
- The set includes necessary accessories for mounting and proper operation of the vice.
