Precisely made tilting control vise for measurements and checks.
The tool is made of high-quality alloy steel.
Working surfaces hardened to 58-62 HRC.
The vise position can be changed in two axes (Y up to 45° and Z in the full scale 360°).
Movement in the Y axis is enabled by a special knob that precisely positions the tool according to a vernier scale with a graduation every 3 minutes.
The body and the fixed jaw form a monolithic whole, which reduces the occurrence of additional play and run-out, as with screwed jaws.
Threaded holes on the movable jaw allow for mounting protective covers.
Threaded holes on the sides of the jaws for mounting bumpers.
Prismatic movable jaw allows for clamping rollers and other shapes.
The large base surface is an advantage for mounting the tool with an electromagnet, and additionally, slots have been cut for traditional mounting with screws.
The vice itself is removable, which can operate independently on a similar principle to SPZA, but without the possibility of working in another clamping device.
