Precision vise made of steel for use in numerical machines for all kinds of operations requiring near-perfect dimensions.
High manufacturing accuracy allows the use of vices in an assembly. Maximum base deviation of ±0.01 mm.
On both sides of the body along its entire length are channels for fixing the vise with clamping feet.
The movement of the jaw on the bed is perfectlybalanced, free feed with undetectable backlash.
Interchangeable jaw inserts ensure the versatility of the work of the clamping tool, depending on the model of the insert fixed, it is possible to fix the corresponding elements (even shafts).
A quick-clamp system in the movable jaw allows the jaw position to be changed instantly without time-consuming cranking.
The special design of theinsert slots presses the workpieces downward against the body.
The jaw support is responsible for its locking position.
Mounting the device on a dedicated swivel base allows for a full 360° rotation around the axis.
The fixed jaw on both sides has threaded holes to attach special bumpers to stabilize the position of objects.
On the underside of the bed are grooves for setting the tool in T-slot tables.
The kit includes the necessary accessories for fixing and proper operation of the vise.
