✔️Clamping device for angular fixing of elements in the range of 0° - 45°.
✔️The main and most important feature of the vice is sinusoidal determination of values using reference plates.
✔️Appropriate values are obtained thanks to properly made vice components; only their manufacturing precision and properly ground surfaces will accurately reflect textbook tolerances.
✔️The device is made of high-quality alloy steel with a work surface hardened to 58-62 HRC.
✔️The SPZSA model distinguishes itself from its counterparts by a standard pull screw that extends and retracts parallel to the movable jaw.
✔️The prism movable jaw, i.e., possessing vertical and horizontal grooves, enables clamping of shafts.
✔️This vice is used during precise and accurate machining and measuring operations on grinders, milling machines, CNC machining centers, and other machining centers.
✔️All applied screws have universal hex socket heads.
✔️The sturdy base allows mounting the vice in another clamping device; just remember to properly mount it on stepped jaw inserts or using parallel shims.
