Description
"Clamping device for angular positioning of semi-finished products before their subsequent processing. Precise values are obtained only and exclusively thanks to the high-quality workmanship of the vise as well as the ground gauge blocks."
Information:
✔️Clamping tool for angular mounting of elements within the range of 0° - 45°.
✔️The main and most important feature of the vise is sinusoidal value setting using gauge blocks.
✔️Accurate values are obtained thanks to properly manufactured parts of the vise; only their precision of workmanship and properly ground surfaces will correctly reflect textbook tolerances.
✔️The device is made of high-quality alloy steel with a working surface hardened to 58-62 HRC.
✔️The SPZSB model stands out among its equivalents due to a spindle-free movable jaw system. The jaw lock is operated by a properly seated screw that tightens inside the body.
✔️The absence of a draw screw is also an advantage for limited space, as this vise requires considerably less space than a standard vise with a screw that extends parallelly with the movable jaw.
✔️The prism-shaped movable jaw, featuring vertical and horizontal grooves, enables clamping of shafts.
✔️This vise is used during accurate and precise machining and measurement work on grinders, milling machines, CNC machines, and other machining centers.
✔️All applied screws have universal hexagonal sockets.
✔️The base surface is 100% steel, allowing safe and stable placement of the tool on electromagnetic tables.
✔️The strong base also allows mounting the vise in other clamping devices; just remember proper assembly on stepped jaw inserts or using parallel shims.
✔️The fixed jaw has threaded holes for mounting stops that stabilize the position of the mounted elements.

How to calculate and set the angle of inclination:

| Data: | Sought: |
|---|---|
| c = 100mm α = 45° sin45° = 0.7071 | a = ? |
| Solution: | |
| sinα = a/c a = c*sinα a = 100*0.7071 a = 70.71 [mm] | |
To achieve a tilt angle of 45°, a stack of gauge blocks of height 70.71 mm should be arranged.
The sinus trigonometric function value table may prove useful.
