Description
"Clamping device for angular positioning of semifinished products before their subsequent processing. Precise values are obtained solely due to the high-quality manufacturing of the vise, as well as the ground reference plates."
Information:
✔️Clamping tool for angular fixing of elements in the range of 0° - 45°.
✔️The main and most important feature of the vise is the sinusoidal setting of values using reference plates.
✔️Accurate values are obtained thanks to properly made vise elements; only their precise workmanship and properly ground surfaces will accurately reflect textbook tolerances.
✔️The device is made of high-quality alloy steel with a working surface hardened to 58-62 HRC.
✔️The SPZSB model stands out among its counterparts due to a spindle-less movable jaw system. The jaw lock is handled by a properly seated screw that tightens inside the body.
✔️The absence of a draw bolt is also an advantage for limited space, as this vise requires significantly less space than a standard vise with a screw that extends parallelly with the movable jaw.
✔️The prism-shaped movable jaw, featuring vertical and horizontal grooves, allows clamping of shafts.
✔️This vise is used during precise and accurate machining and measuring tasks on grinders, milling machines, CNC machine tools, and other machining centers.
✔️All applied screws have universal hex sockets.
✔️The base surface is 100% steel, allowing safe and stable tool placement on electromagnetic tables.
✔️The sturdy base also allows fastening the vise in another clamping device; just remember to mount it correctly on stepped jaw inserts or using parallel pads.
✔️The fixed jaw has threaded holes for mounting stops that stabilize the position of positioned elements.

How to calculate and set the tilt angle:

| Data: | Sought: |
|---|---|
| c = 100mm α = 45° sin45° = 0.7071 | a = ? |
| Solution: | |
| sinα = a/c a = c*sinα a = 100*0.7071 a = 70.71 [mm] | |
To obtain a tilt angle of 45°, stack reference plates to a height of 70.71 mm.
The value table for the sine trigonometric function may prove useful.
