Description
"Clamping device for angular positioning of semi-finished products before their subsequent processing. Precise values are obtained solely and exclusively thanks to the high-quality execution of the vise, as well as the ground reference plates."
Information:
✔️Clamping tool for angular fixing of elements in the range of 0° - 45°.
✔️The main and most important feature of the vise is sinusoidal value setting using reference plates.
✔️Proper values are achieved thanks to correctly made vise components, as only their precision and properly ground surfaces will accurately reflect textbook tolerances.
✔️The device is made of high-quality alloy steel with a working surface hardened to 58-62 HRC.
✔️The SPZSB model stands out among its counterparts with a spindle-less movable jaw system. Jaw locking is ensured by a properly seated screw that tightens inside the body.
✔️The absence of a pull screw is also an advantage for limited space, as this vise requires significantly less room than a standard vise with a screw that extends parallelly with the movable jaw.
✔️The prism-shaped movable jaw, i.e., having vertical and horizontal grooves, allows clamping of shafts.
✔️This vise is used during precise machining and measurement work on grinders, milling machines, CNC machine tools, and other machining centers.
✔️All screws used have universal hex socket heads.
✔️The base surface is 100% steel, which allows safe and stable positioning of the tool on magnetic tables.
✔️The sturdy base also allows mounting the vise on another clamping device; only proper assembly on stepped jaw inserts or using parallel shims should be remembered.
✔️The fixed jaw has threaded holes for mounting stops that stabilize the position of the clamped elements.

How to calculate and set the tilt angle:

| Data: | Unknown: |
|---|---|
| c = 100mm α = 45° sin45° = 0.7071 | a = ? |
| Solution: | |
| sinα = a/c a = c*sinα a = 100*0.7071 a = 70.71 [mm] | |
To obtain a tilt angle of 45°, a stack of plates with a height of 70.71 mm should be arranged.
The sinus trigonometric function value table may prove useful.
