- High accuracy of manufacture allows the use of vices in a set. Maximum base deviation ±0.01 mm.
- On both sides of the body along its entire length there are channels for mounting the vise with clamping feet.
- The jaw’s movement on the bed is perfectly balanced, free feed with imperceptible backlash.
- Interchangeable jaw inserts provide versatility in the clamping tool’s work; depending on the attached insert model, it is possible to clamp appropriate elements (even shafts).
- The quick-clamp system in the movable jaw allows immediate change of jaw position without time-consuming cranking of a handle.
- Special design of the slots for inserts presses the parts downward against the body.
- Jaw holder is responsible for its position locking.
- Mounting the device on the dedicated swivel base allows full 360° rotation around the axis.
- The fixed jaw on both sides has threaded holes to attach special bumpers stabilizing the position of objects.
- On the underside of the bed are grooves for locating stones for setting the tool in T-slot tables.
- The set includes the necessary accessories for mounting and proper operation of the vise.
