Description
Information:
- Precisely made tilting control vice for measurements and inspections.
- The material from which the tool is made is high-quality alloy steel.
- Working surfaces hardened to 58-62 HRC.
- Possible to change the position of the vice in two axes (Y up to 45° and Z up to 45°).
- The use of shafts to stabilize reference plates allows setting any angle in both axes up to a maximum value of 45°.
- Threaded base guides significantly facilitate tilt movement in both directions, so the angular position can be easily fixed.
- Bronze ring for the drawbar screw ensures self-lubrication and smooth movement.
- Knob of the drawbar screw with holes for tightening with a hook wrench.
- The body and fixed jaw form a monolithic unit, which reduces additional play and runout, as with screwed fixed jaws.
- Threaded holes on the sides of the jaws for mounting bumpers.
- Prismatic movable jaw allows clamping shafts and other shapes.
- The base has special holes and slots for mounting on tables such as milling or inspection tables.
- The vice itself is detachable, which can operate independently on a similar principle as SPZA, but without the possibility of working in another clamping device.

Instructions for setting the tilt angle:

| Data: | Sought: |
| c = 100mm α = 45° sin45° = 0.7071 | a = ? |
| Solution: | |
| sinα = a/c a = c*sinα a = 100*0.7071 a = 70.71[mm] | |
To obtain a tilt angle of 45°, a stack of plates with a height of 70.71 mm should be arranged.
