Description
"A clamping device for angular positioning of workpieces before their subsequent processing. Precise values are obtained only and exclusively thanks to the high quality of the vice and the ground gauge blocks."
Information:
✔️A clamping device for angular clamping of workpieces in the range of 0° - 45°.
✔️The main and most important feature of the vice is the sinusoidal setting of values using gauge blocks.
✔️The appropriate values are obtained thanks to properly manufactured elements vices, only their precision of manufacture and properly ground surfaces will properly reflect the book tolerances.
✔️The device is made of high-quality alloy steel with a working surface hardened to 58-62 HRC.
✔️The SPZSB model stands out from its counterparts with its spindleless movable jaw system. The jaw lock is ensured by a properly mounted screw that clamps inside the body.
✔️The lack of a lead screw is also an advantage in limited space, which this vice requires much less than in the case of a regular vice with a screw that extends parallel to the movable jaw.
✔️The prismatic movable jaw, i.e. with a vertical and horizontal groove, enables the clamping of shafts.
✔️This vice is used for accurate and precise machining and measuring work on grinders, milling machines, CNC numerically controlled machines and other machining centers.
✔️All screws used have universal Allen sockets.
✔️The base surface is 100% steel, which allows for safe and stable positioning of the tool on tables electromagnetic.
✔️The strong base also allows the vice to be mounted in another clamping device. Just remember to mount it correctly on stepped jaw inserts or using parallel washers.
✔️The fixed jaw has threaded holes for mounting bumpers that stabilize the position of the mounted elements.

How to calculate and set the angle of inclination:

| Data: | Searched for: |
|---|---|
| c = 100mm α = 45° sin45° = 0.7071 | a = ? |
| Solution: | |
| sinα = a/c a = c*sinα a = 100*0.7071 a = 70.71[mm] | |
To obtain a 45° angle of inclination, arrange a stack of tiles 70.71 mm high.
