Information:

Universal machine vise that operates on 3 axes (X, Y, Z) additionally equipped with a rotary base allowing full device rotation with a 360° scale, every 1°.
Rotation angle around the Y axis: 360°, Z axis: 90°, X axis: ±45°.
The vernier scale easily allows setting the desired angles.
Each tilt has an appropriate number of locking screws applied so that cutting forces cannot move any of the movable device elements.
The device is made of high-quality cast iron.
Two standard or T-shaped screws are sufficient to mount the vise, but a universal set of fastening elements or ground keys can also be used.
The pull screw is completely enclosed by the body, significantly protecting it against jamming and damage from various contaminants and chips generated during machining.
The screw tip is hexagonal, so in case of key damage, a socket or another type of universal wrench can be used.
The full bed surface is also an advantage for clamping semi-finished products, making it much easier to achieve a stable position.
If you need to clamp a workpiece smaller than the vise jaws, use parallel pads with a length close to the width of the jaw inserts.
The simple design of the jaw inserts is another advantage that allows quick and inexpensive copying and replacement on your own.
