Information:
- Cast iron vise for universal use on grinders, milling machines, drills, or other CNC machines.
- Swivel base with a 360° scale, adjustable every 1°, allowing full rotation, and also detachable to provide tool versatility.
- Precise mounting of the device on a machining table, e.g., with T-slots, is possible thanks to special longitudinal grooves in the swivel base and vise body, using a universal clamping element set, as well as ground keys.
- The pull screw is fully enclosed within the body, which significantly protects it from jamming and damage caused by various contaminants and chips generated during machining.
- The full surface of the bed is also an advantage for clamping semi-finished products, making it much easier to achieve a stable position.
- If you need to clamp an object smaller than the vise jaws, use parallel shims of a length close to the width of the jaw inserts.
- The simple design of the jaw inserts is another benefit, allowing quick and inexpensive copying and replacement on your own or economical purchasing.
- When replacing jaw inserts, their working surfaces connected to the vise must be milled to achieve the precision parameters specified in the technical documentation.
- All screws used have universal hex heads, so every user can disassemble necessary parts independently and perform required tasks (cleaning, component replacement, etc.).
