Information:
- Cast iron vise for universal use on grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, or other CNC machines.
- Rotary base with 360° scale, every 1° enables full rotation, but it is also removable to provide tool versatility.
- Precise mounting of the device on a working table e.g., with T-slots is possible due to special longitudinal slots in the rotary part and vise body, using a universal mounting elements set, as well as ground keys.
- The pull screw is fully enclosed by the body, which significantly protects it from jamming and damage by various contaminants and chips created during machining.
- The full surface of the bed is also an advantage for clamped semifinished products, making it much easier to achieve a stable position.
- If you need to clamp an object smaller than the vise jaws, use parallel shims close in length to the width of the jaw inserts.
- The simple design of the jaw inserts is another advantage that allows easy and cheap replication and replacement by users themselves or inexpensive purchase.
- When replacing jaw inserts, their working surfaces connected with the vise must be milled to achieve the accuracy parameters specified in the technical documentation.
- All used screws have universal hex heads so that any user can disassemble necessary parts for cleaning, replacement of components, etc.
