✔️ Clamping device made of high-durability cast iron and hardened steel of good quality.

✔️ The cast iron body and rotary base are coated with a special paint that protects the surface from corrosion caused by continuous use of fluids and common mechanical factors such as impacts or scratches.

✔️ The rotary base is removable, allowing stable mounting of the vise itself on the working table.

✔️ Flow channels all around the body and rotary base ensure a significantly proper cooling fluid flow cycle and reduced consumption, greatly enhancing work hygiene.

✔️ For this vise the predefined direction of fluid flow is key to maintaining the machine's cleanliness and easier collection of machining waste.

✔️ Replaceable jaw inserts can be screwed to both sides of the jaws, which means a very large range of clamped elements. The standard arrangement allows normal seating. Reversing the inserts on the fixed and movable jaw sides or individually increases the clamping range by their length, but in this arrangement only flat objects such as flat plates or other narrow materials can be placed.
