Description

Information:
✔️ The clamping device is made of high-durability cast iron and hardened Steel of good quality.
✔️ The cast iron body and the swivel base are coated with a special paint that protects the surface against corrosion from continuous use of liquids and common mechanical factors such as impacts or scratches.
✔️ The swivel base is removable, which allows for stable mounting of the vice itself on the machining table.
✔️ Flow channels around the entire circumference of the body and the swivel base ensure a significantly correct coolant flow cycle and its reduced consumption, as well as which is very important for work hygiene.
✔️ In the case of this vice, the established direction of the fluid path is crucial for keeping the machine clean, it is easier to collect waste after machining the blank.
✔️ Replaceable jaw inserts can be screwed on both sides of the jaws, which means a very wide range of clamped elements. The standard arrangement allows for simple mounting. However, moving the inserts to the other side of the fixed and movable jaw or separately increases the clamping range by their length, however, in this arrangement only flat objects, such as straight sheets or other narrow materials, can be placed.
✔️ Milling machines, boring machines, CNC machine tools are examples of machines on which this vice is intended to be used, but depending on the user, the device can also be used in conventional machines and simple work tables.
✔️ During the regular clamping of workpieces, parallel washers may prove useful, thanks to which we can correctly and stably fasten the object above the vice body.
✔️ The set includes keys necessary for precise installation of the device on a table with T-slots, without them during machine operation, the stabilization with the fixing elements may prove insufficient and the resulting vibrations or feed forces may change the position of the vice, or loosen the fixing screws and ultimately pose a threat to the operator.
