- The nozzle is designed for a wide range of metalworking applications. Its durable construction provides reliable performance and long service life.
- The nozzle can be combined with modular coolant hoses and segments to create a customised coolant delivery system. The components are quick and easy to assemble, making it simple to adapt the configuration to different machining applications. Assembly pliers are recommended for connecting components of the 1/4" system.
- Round nozzle outlet diameter: Ø1.8 mm.
- The nozzle is made of acetal, a material known for its high wear resistance, low coefficient of friction, good heat resistance and low water absorption. These properties make acetal particularly suitable for demanding metalworking applications. It also offers good mechanical properties across a wide temperature range, excellent sliding characteristics and high resistance to moisture and hydrolysis.
- Replacement for the Loc-Line 49422.1 nozzle.
