Mounting collets in nuts:
To properly install an ER collet in the holder, you should:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut.
- Hook the collet groove onto the eccentric or cylindrical protrusion of the nut (fig. A).
- Press the collet into the nut (fig. B).
- Screw the nut with the pressed collet onto the holder to allow mounting of the workpiece tool.
