Installation of sleeves in nuts:
To correctly mount the ER collet in the holder:
- Insert the collet at an angle into the nut.
- Attach the collet's groove to the eccentric or cylindrical projection of the nut (fig. A).
- Press the collet into the nut (fig. B).
- Screw the nut with the pressed collet onto the holder so that the tool being processed can be clamped.
