- Precision steel vice for use in numerical machines for all operations requiring almost perfect dimensions.
- High accuracy of manufacture allows the vices to be used in a set. Maximum base deviation ±0.01 mm.
- On both sides of the body along its entire length there are channels for mounting the vice with clamping claws.
- The jaw movement on the bed is perfectly balanced, free feed with imperceptible play.
- Replaceable jaw inserts ensure the versatility of the tool mounting, depending on the mounted insert model, it is possible to mount appropriate elements (even shafts).
- The special design of the insert sockets presses the details down to the body.
- The jaw holder is responsible for its locking position and, as a quick-clamping system, allows for immediate change of jaw position without time-consuming turning of the crank.
- The fixed jaw has threaded holes on both sides to mount special stoppers stabilizing the position of objects.
- On the bottom of the bed there are grooves for locating stones for setting the tool in tables with T-slots.
- When replacing inserts, their working surfaces connected to the vise should be mechanically machined to achieve the accuracy parameters specified in the technical documentation.
- The set includes necessary accessories for mounting and proper operation of the vise.
