Description
Information:
- Drill chuck with semi-automatic jaw clamping; rotate the body, the sleeve, to widen (loosen) or narrow (tighten) the jaws inside the chuck, which clamp the installed tool, usually drills.
- Mount the chuck on a shank with a B16 taper.
- The shank shown in photos is for illustrative purposes only and must be purchased separately.
- If tightening the jaws by hand is insufficient, a special key should be used, for which round holes are made.
- Once securely mounted on the shank, the drill chuck can only be removed using a puller, which we manufacture to order in our production department.
- Small size generates significantly less runout values compared to larger equivalents when clamping a drill of the same length and diameter.
- The gripping part of the sleeve is knurled to firmly hold and turn the tool even by bare hand.
- The hole for the mounting taper is ground for greater precision of contact with the shank.
- The tool is designed for workshop use in devices such as pillar drills or lathes.
